House construction price concept

InterArtCenter LLC retains the authority to adjust both house models and their pricing, with changes subject to alteration without prior notice. The pricing components for house construction are contingent upon lot location, square footage, and elevation. Pools are not encompassed within the base price. The determination of the new house construction price is derived from the following factors:

  • 1. Land lot — from $10,000
    2. Construction permit and impact fees — from $20,000.
    Buyer responsible for lot purchase, site prep, sea wall, impact fees and/or well and septic.
    3. Construction cost — from $120 per sq.ft.
    4. Optional pool — from $35,000.
    Pools not included in base price. Pool packages starting at $35,000.00 and include equipment, paver deck, hi visibility pool screen cage and two side entry doors
